Founded in 2006 by owner Craig Sim, CS Construction is a fully licensed, bonded and insured general contracting company based in Seattle, WA. Our services include both interior and exterior remodeling and additions with extended experience in kitchens, bathrooms, custom finish work, framing, windows and doors, stairs, concrete work, siding and trim, as well as fences and decks. We strive to provide clients with quality workmanship specific to each individual project, in a manner that is both efficient and reliable.

Owner Craig Sim has nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry. After completion of a four year apprenticeship in New Zealand, he earned a National Certificate in Residential Carpentry with training in all facets of construction and carpentry practices. Upon relocating to Seattle, WA, Craig worked as a project lead for nine years before founding CS Construction. As the business has grown, he has assembled a trustworthy collection of subcontractors with whom he has established good rapport and upholds to his high standards of quality. Craig is dedicated to his trade and aims to provide excellent workmanship to all clients.
